What the forms collect, and why

When you ask for a call, the form collects your name, work email, company, role, the service you're interested in, what you're trying to decide and your timeline. Other forms on this site ask for similar details, such as your discipline or a short description of your problem. We use this only to reply to you and arrange the conversation you asked for.

A hidden field on each form catches automated spam. We don't ask for a phone number.

How your request reaches us

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you send a form, a small program on Cloudflare checks it and emails it to Ben Hilton through our email delivery provider. The website itself doesn't store your request. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.

Booking a time

After the form, you can book a time on Calendly. Booking happens on Calendly's site, and Calendly's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept as business correspondence for as long as they are needed, then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the services named on this page, which handle it for us, or when the law requires it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version and its date will appear on this page.
